My name is Paul Burke and I was born, raised and currently reside in Brooklyn, New York. I have been a free-lance web designer and developer since early 2008. What’s the difference between “design” and “development”? While design may refer to the actual visual design (front-end), development refers to the underlying structure and technical makeup of a website (back-end).
Beyond building a site from scratch, I provide custom graphic design services, site re-designs, and porting existing sites to Content Management System (CMS) like Wordpress.
I am also available for site maintenance, branding development, market analysis and search engine optimization.
After experimenting with a few CMS’s it was clear that Wordpress is the best available. Most of my sites are built on Wordpress and it is undoubtedly my favorite development platform.

- Good understanding of the abilities and restraints of the core Wordpress installation. (without modifications and plugins)
